Since 2009 (according to the Act) we may accept payments on the grounds of 1% of tax, transferred to a public benefit organization (OPP).
In tax return (PIT-36, PIT-37, PIT-28) provide the name of the public benefit organisation (Nazwa OPP): Stowarzyszenie „Edukacja dla Pokoju” and the number of the registration (Numer KRS) in the Companies House (Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego – KRS): 0000288346. In the following field (Wnioskowana kwota) enter the amount you wish to pass on. The amount may not exceed 1% of the due tax according to the tax return following rounding downwards to full tens of pens (grosz).
Revenue Office will transfer payments to our account within 3 months with the deduction of the cost of transfer.
Remember that 1% of the due tax may be transferred to any organisation that holds the status of a public benefit organization (OPP) and is registered on the list published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Poland – Monitor Polski (Dziennik Urzędowy Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej "Monitor Polski"); tax-payer may not divide 1% of the due tax between several organizations; 1% of the due tax may be transferred exclusively in tax returns submitted ahead of time.
We collect:
- financial resources (we shall appreciate a transfer to the following bank account: PL 82 1600 1374 0003 0052 1297 6001, SWIFT: PPABPLPK, beneficiary: Stowarzyszenie Edukacja dla Pokoju, Niemcewicza 26/64, 02-306 Warszawa, Poland)
- office supplies, including exercise books, notebooks, paper, ballpoints, felt-tips, coloured pencils, etc.,
- drawing instruments for children,
- cartographic materials (maps and so on),
- books and textbooks in foreign languages, mainly English textbooks,
- computer hardware and printers, etc.
We are looking for:
- storage area (in Warsaw or within its surroundings),
- transport company (operating in Poland),
- computer technicians who could repair second-hand machines and pack them properly before shipment,
- light machine for drilling deep boreholes (drilled wells).
